Real-Time Network Monitoring Platform
OBIS presents topology information (fibre, field outage) collected from vendor independent network to the end user through single platform.
By showing the interruption of the entire network on a single platform, it allows to view the interruptions in the WDM network and the 2G/3G/4G field interruptions caused by them.
It also shows external factors that may have an impact on the outage, and enables real-time alarm traffic to be displayed as a result of its integration with external platforms.
