Ericsson EBM files are encoded data files which includes all signaling information for 2G/3G/4G networks and holds the most important data to analyze your core network. By providing information even on a customer basis, this platform enables you to trace down your problems to pinpoint quality issues in your network.

Downtime in Years
NGLogger is in production for more than 4 years, with a “0” second downtime. NGLogger is architected in a way that no configuration change requires the system to be restarted. Your changes in configuration files are dynamically adapted in real-time, thus making it possible to run 7/24 without any downtimes.
Smart Error Handling
Thanks to the “Smart Error Handling” developed by NGSS team, platform never goes down even there is any connectivity issues, data quality/format problems. While the system continues to run without any problems under any erroneous circumstances, using external integrations platform provides alarm and notifications via SNMP, SMTP, SMS etc.
Multi Version Support
NGLogger supports running multiple instances to support different SGSN software versions at a time. This provides you the comfort to plan your SGSN upgrades while the system takes care of the data processing.
Continuously Being
Developed
NGLogger is contiuously being developed and supported for many years and new features are being added regularly. Our next release, will be GA at Q3-2021, will extend the current platform with SMS and Voice Signaling data analytics capabilities as it’s integrated with Nokia platforms, plus new and extended reporting features.
