RCA module analyses the network to find the possible root causes of any problems, for both physical and logical resources, and reveals the cause of any problem in your network, and associates and suppresses the child alarms. By configuring this feature, Macellan contributes to the MTTR by shortening the diagnosis time of the problems occurring in the network.
